Elder Cafe: September 2017 – Mail Fraud, Postal Scams and Identity Theft

Aug 14, 2017

We hope you can join us for the next Elder Cafe!  Join us on Thursday, September 14 from 12pm to 2pm for a fun and informative afternoon.  After we all enjoy a delicious lunch, Jeff Long, US Postal Inspector, will provide information on things that show up in your mail box (and e-mail inbox) that should cause you concern. Inspector Long will talk about how to identify and prevent yourself from becoming a victim of mail fraud and identity theft schemes.

Date/Time: Thursday, September 14 from 12pm to 2pm

RSVP: Contact East Side Elders at Info@EastSideElders.org or 651-683-2326 to reserve your spot. You can also request a ride on an accessible van by calling us at 651-683-2326.

Admission: Event is free for seniors 60 and older (and their caregivers) who live in the Dayton’s Bluff, Payne-Phalen, and Conway-Battle Creek neighborhoods of Saint Paul. Admission for all other guests is $10.
