Did you know that East Side Elders provides transportation to seniors on the East Side? With the help of our amazing team of volunteer drivers, we are able to help seniors get to the grocery store, medical appointments, the dentist, and other important destinations. For seniors who no longer drive, our services help them remain independent and part of the community. Our services are donation-based, meaning that seniors contribute what they can to help us continue serving the community. But we can’t continue to help more and more seniors without growing our volunteer team. Help us reach more of the community by applying today!
Volunteer
Get started by applying online or calling our Volunteer Coordinator at 651-683-2413 with any questions. This is a very flexible position – you sign up to help when you can, with as many rides per month as you are comfortable with. Volunteers must have their own reliable, clean vehicle to use for volunteering. Volunteers must also consent to a background check. Apply today!

Don’t have the time right now to volunteer? Consider making a donation to East Side Elders to help us purchase gas gift cards to reimburse our drivers. You can also donate gift cards from any gas station and mail them to our office: East Side Elders, 463 Maria Avenue Suite 201, Saint Paul, MN 55106. $20 is our most needed amount for gift cards.
